Mission Statement:

Our performing arts venue is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members of our community. We believe that everyone has the right to attend and participate in events at our venue without fear of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.

Code of Conduct:

Respect and Dignity: All members of our community, including performers, staff, volunteers, and audience members, are expected to treat each other with respect and dignity at all times. This includes using appropriate language and behavior, and avoiding any actions that could be perceived as harassing or threatening.

Harassment and Discrimination: Harassment and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated at our venue. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Reporting: If you experience or witness harassment or discrimination, or if you have any concerns about the safety or inclusivity of our venue, we encourage you to report it immediately. You can report incidents to any member of our staff or security team, or to our designated point of contact for handling such reports. All reports will be treated with confidentiality and sensitivity, and will be promptly and thoroughly investigated.

Consequences: If an individual is found to have violated this code of conduct, appropriate consequences will be determined on a case-by-case basis. These may include, but are not limited to, counseling, training, disciplinary action, and/or termination of employment or involvement in the venue.

Support and Resources: Our venue is committed to providing support and resources to individuals who have experienced harassment or discrimination. This may include access to counseling services, legal resources, or other forms of support as needed.

Training and Education: We believe that education and training are critical to creating and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. As such, all members of our community, including staff, volunteers, and performers, are required to undergo regular training on topics such as harassment prevention, bystander intervention, and diversity and inclusion.

Non-Retaliation: Retaliation against anyone who has reported a violation of this code of conduct or who has participated in an investigation is strictly prohibited. Individuals who engage in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action.

We are committed to fostering a culture of respect and inclusion at our venue. By adhering to this code of conduct, we can create a safe and welcoming space for all members of our community to attend and participate in events.
