This contract (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of acceptance by the Tour Manager, and is by and between [Organization Name] (“Producer”), and [Tour Manager Name] (“Tour Manager”).

1. Engagement:
Producer hereby engages Tour Manager to manage the tour for the theatre production of [Production Name] (“Tour”). Tour Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the Tour, including but not limited to booking venues, coordinating travel and accommodations, managing the Tour budget, and handling all logistical aspects of the Tour.
2. Deliverables:
Tour Manager shall be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Attend all production meetings and rehearsals as scheduled by Producer
- Book venues for the Tour and negotiate terms with venue partners
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for the Tour
- Manage the Tour budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget
- Handle all logistical aspects of the Tour, including load-in and load-out, transportation, and catering
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials related to the Tour
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and behavior at all times

Producer shall be responsible for the following deliverables:

- Provide Tour Manager with the necessary scripts and any other relevant materials
- Provide Tour Manager with a schedule of production meetings and rehearsals in advance
- Pay Tour Manager the agreed upon compensation in a timely manner
1. Timeline:
The term of this Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue until [End Date] or completion of the Tour, whichever occurs first. Rehearsals shall take place from [Rehearsal Start Date] to [Rehearsal End Date].
2. Compensation:
In consideration for the services to be rendered by Tour Manager hereunder, Producer shall pay Tour Manager the sum of [Compensation Amount] per week. Payment shall be made on a biweekly basis. Tour Manager shall also be entitled to a share of the net profits of the Tour, as determined by Producer in its sole discretion.
3. Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason, upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by Producer, Tour Manager shall be entitled to receive compensation for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
4. Confidentiality:
Tour Manager shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials related to the Tour, including but not limited to scripts and production plans. Tour Manager shall not disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Producer.
5. Indemnification:
Tour Manager shall indemnify and hold harmless Producer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with Tour Manager’s performance of services under this Agreement.
6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].
