Livestream Manager: [Livestream Manager Name]
This contract (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of acceptance by the Livestream Manager, and is by and between [Organization Name] (“Producer”), and [Livestream Manager Name] (“Livestream Manager”).
1. Engagement:
Producer hereby engages Livestream Manager to manage the livestream for the theatre production of [Production Name] (“Livestream”). Livestream Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the Livestream, including but not limited to setting up and maintaining the livestream equipment, managing the Livestream budget, and handling all technical aspects of the Livestream.
2. Deliverables:
Livestream Manager shall be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Attend all production meetings and rehearsals as scheduled by Producer
- Set up and maintain the Livestream equipment, including cameras, microphones, and any other necessary equipment
- Manage the Livestream budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget
- Handle all technical aspects of the Livestream, including troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials related to the Livestream
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and behavior at all times
Producer shall be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Provide Livestream Manager with the necessary scripts and any other relevant materials
- Provide Livestream Manager with a schedule of production meetings and rehearsals in advance
- Pay Livestream Manager the agreed upon compensation in a timely manner
1. Timeline:
The term of this Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue until [End Date] or completion of the run of the Production, whichever occurs first. Rehearsals shall take place from [Rehearsal Start Date] to [Rehearsal End Date].
2. Compensation:
In consideration for the services to be rendered by Livestream Manager hereunder, Producer shall pay Livestream Manager the sum of [Compensation Amount] per week. Payment shall be made on a biweekly basis. Livestream Manager shall also be entitled to a share of the net profits of the Livestream, as determined by Producer in its sole discretion.
3. Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason, upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by Producer, Livestream Manager shall be entitled to receive compensation for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
4. Confidentiality:
Livestream Manager shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials related to the Livestream, including but not limited to scripts and production plans. Livestream Manager shall not disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Producer.
5. Indemnification:
Livestream Manager shall indemnify and hold harmless Producer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with Livestream Manager’s performance of services under this Agreement.
6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].
