Sample Contract for Intimacy Coordinator

This contract (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of acceptance by the Intimacy Coordinator, and is by and between [Organization Name] (“Producer”), and [Intimacy Coordinator Name] (“Intimacy Coordinator”).

1. Engagement:
Producer hereby engages Intimacy Coordinator to coordinate and oversee the staging of any intimate scenes in the theatre production of [Production Name] (“Production”). Intimacy Coordinator shall be responsible for ensuring that all intimate scenes are staged in a safe and respectful manner, and that all cast and crew members are comfortable with the intimate scenes they are required to perform.
2. Deliverables:
Intimacy Coordinator shall be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Attend all production meetings and rehearsals as scheduled by Producer
- Coordinate and oversee the staging of all intimate scenes in the Production
- Communicate with cast and crew members to ensure that they are comfortable with the intimate scenes they are required to perform
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials related to the Production
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and behavior at all times

Producer shall be responsible for the following deliverables:

- Provide Intimacy Coordinator with a schedule of production meetings and rehearsals in advance
- Pay Intimacy Coordinator the agreed upon compensation in a timely manner
1. Timeline:
The term of this Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue until [End Date] or completion of the run of the Production, whichever occurs first. Rehearsals shall take place from [Rehearsal Start Date] to [Rehearsal End Date].
2. Compensation:
In consideration for the services to be rendered by Intimacy Coordinator hereunder, Producer shall pay Intimacy Coordinator the sum of [Compensation Amount] per week. Payment shall be made on a biweekly basis. Intimacy Coordinator shall also be entitled to a share of the net profits of the Production, as determined by Producer in its sole discretion.
3. Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason, upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by Producer, Intimacy Coordinator shall be entitled to receive compensation for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
4. Confidentiality:
Intimacy Coordinator shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials related to the Production, including but not limited to scripts and production plans. Intimacy Coordinator shall not disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Producer.
5. Indemnification:
Intimacy Coordinator shall indemnify and hold harmless Producer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with Intimacy Coordinator’s performance of services under this Agreement.
6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].
