Sample Contract for Administration Associate

This contract (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of acceptance by the Administration Associate, and is by and between [Organization Name] (“Producer”), and [Administration Associate Name] (“Administration Associate”).

1. Engagement:
Producer hereby engages Administration Associate to assist with administrative tasks for the theatre production of [Production Name] (“Production”). Administration Associate shall be responsible for providing administrative support to the Production team, including but not limited to scheduling, communications, and document management.
2. Deliverables:
Administration Associate shall be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Attend all production meetings and rehearsals as scheduled by Producer
- Provide administrative support to the Production team, including scheduling, communications, and document management
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials related to the Production
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and behavior at all times

Producer shall be responsible for the following deliverables:

- Provide Administration Associate with a schedule of production meetings and rehearsals in advance
- Pay Administration Associate the agreed upon compensation in a timely manner
1. Timeline:
The term of this Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue until [End Date] or completion of the run of the Production, whichever occurs first. Rehearsals shall take place from [Rehearsal Start Date] to [Rehearsal End Date].
2. Compensation:
In consideration for the services to be rendered by Administration Associate hereunder, Producer shall pay Administration Associate the sum of [Compensation Amount] per week. Payment shall be made on a biweekly basis. Administration Associate shall also be entitled to a share of the net profits of the Production, as determined by Producer in its sole discretion.
3. Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason, upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by Producer, Administration Associate shall be entitled to receive compensation for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
4. Confidentiality:
Administration Associate shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials related to the Production, including but not limited to scripts and production plans. Administration Associate shall not disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Producer.
5. Indemnification:
Administration Associate shall indemnify and hold harmless Producer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with Administration Associate’s performance of services under this Agreement.
6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].
