This contract (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of acceptance by the Box Office & Ticketing Manager, and is by and between [Organization Name] (“Producer”), and [Box Office & Ticketing Manager Name] (“Box Office & Ticketing Manager”).

1. Engagement:
Producer hereby engages Box Office & Ticketing Manager to manage the box office and ticketing for the theatre production of [Production Name] (“Production”). Box Office & Ticketing Manager shall be responsible for handling ticket sales, box office operations, ticket distribution, and customer service for the Production.
2. Deliverables:
Box Office & Ticketing Manager shall be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Attend all production meetings as scheduled by Producer
- Manage ticket sales, box office operations, ticket distribution, and customer service for the Production
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials related to the Production
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and behavior at all times

Producer shall be responsible for the following deliverables:

- Provide Box Office & Ticketing Manager with the necessary production plans and any other relevant materials
- Provide Box Office & Ticketing Manager with a schedule of production meetings in advance
- Pay Box Office & Ticketing Manager the agreed upon compensation in a timely manner
1. Timeline:
The term of this Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue until [End Date] or completion of the run of the Production, whichever occurs first.
2. Compensation:
In consideration for the services to be rendered by Box Office & Ticketing Manager hereunder, Producer shall pay Box Office & Ticketing Manager the sum of [Compensation Amount] per week. Payment shall be made on a biweekly basis. Box Office & Ticketing Manager shall also be entitled to a share of the net profits of the Production, as determined by Producer in its sole discretion.
3. Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason, upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by Producer, Box Office & Ticketing Manager shall be entitled to receive compensation for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
4. Confidentiality:
Box Office & Ticketing Manager shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials related to the Production, including but not limited to production plans and personnel information. Box Office & Ticketing Manager shall not disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Producer.
5. Indemnification:
Box Office & Ticketing Manager shall indemnify and hold harmless Producer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with Box Office & Ticketing Manager’s performance of services under this Agreement.
6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].
